Return & Exchange Policy


At Pivot, we focus on delivering high-quality, limited pieces. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Item received damaged

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The hoodie must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The original tag must remain attached

  • Items with removed or damaged tags will not be accepted

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds.

Due to limited quantities and exclusive drops, all sales are final, except in cases of defects or errors from our side.

Non-Eligible Items

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The hoodie has been worn or washed

  • The tag has been removed

  • There are signs of use or improper care


Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by Pivot, shipping costs will be covered by us

  • If the exchange is requested for size preference, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours via:

Include:

  • TAG number

  • Clear photos of the item with the tag attached

  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the conditions above

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings

  • Please make sure to check product details carefully before ordering
